Reasoning over a network representation of knowledge, such as semantic network, requires different methods compared with the more linear senatnce-like representations of formal logic. This may include following the link structure (as you may be doing with this glossary), identifying subgraphs matching patterns of connections, or spreading ativation (like the PageRank algorithm).
